First thing I noticed was this huge display of Cars (New and Used) and the friendly staff. Then this “Bell” that kept on ringing and was told that another car sale was made again. Great! Perhaps, we finally found a nice car dealership to get our new car. This nice lady with a smile offered to assist and showed a couple of new cars, the Renegade and Cherokee. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and financing. We truly appreciate her patience for showing and explaining the details of the cars. After doing some research on the car my wife and I wanted online, we drove over to get a first-hand look at the 200. Sayed Sadat came out to greet us...and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very start. No pressure, and very ready with information, or answers to our questions. After doing the test drive, we knew we wanted a Chrysler 200 Limited, but they didn't have the colour we wanted at the lot. While getting together all the paperwork(which was another very quick and pleasing experience), Sayed did a search to see if he could find any available inventory close by of our car. There weren't any, but what he did next really impressed us. Instead of having us wait a week or two to get one delivered, he drove to Windsor to pick one up, that was factory-fresh...and drove it back to Toronto. The car was prepped and ready for us within a day, so after finishing all the paperwork(which was again a very pleasant experience- Even the financing people and everyone in the showroom were so nice!), Sayed went out and helped me put the plates on our new car. First-class customer service from start to finish! Looking forward to seeing if the great experience carries over into our servicing needs! More
