Awful Salesman + OK Finance Guy+Good Sales Manager = 3 Stars We went in during a “special event”. We narrowed it down to the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and were debating trim level. Sayed knew NOTHING about his product We went in during a “special event”. We narrowed it down to the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and were debating trim level. Sayed knew NOTHING about his products and was clearly making it up as he went along (Red Flag #1). He consistently gave us incorrect information about what was/ was not available on the car prolonging the shopping experience unnecessarily. When we pointed out inconsistencies between what he was telling us and the information on the website he told us to put our phones away as it would just confuse us more. The ONLY reason we purchased the car from this person was because the price and timing was right. After finally coming to an agreement and signing on a price and model they moved us along to speak with the financing team. Although ultimately Brian was helpful and a gentleman, the initial experience was not enjoyable. It was after 10pm and we asked several times if we could come back the following day to finalize the financing and determine what extras we did/did not want and were essentially forced to remain or the whole deal would be lost (Red Flag #2). We called Sayed the following day to confirm with him that we wanted a specific interior colour and the financing was confirmed by 11am. Sayed stated that he was looking for a car that met our specifications and would let us know. After 4.5 business days and no additional information (Red Flag #3)we decided to drop in to the dealership to have a face to face conversation. Only at this time, 4.5 days after we bought the car, did Sayed say that the Manager (Ben) had emailed the other dealerships to find out if the cars that were listed as available were actually available. Sayed had consistently told us that they are ONLY allowed to email other dealerships despite multiple requests that they telephone the dealership to confirm the availability of the car sooner (Red Flag #4). The following day, after having heard nothing from Sayed, I decided to drop in again. This time I requested to speak with Ben who advised that he had telephoned the other dealerships (and that he always calls and never e-mails) and who, when he told me his understanding of the timeline of events and how things had occurred, had all incorrect information, obviously provided by Sayed (Red Flag #5). Sayed told me that he did not care if I trusted him or enjoyed working with him as long as he felt he was doing his best. Sayed had a response to everything - and not the kind of response that is customer-centered (Red Flag #6). Ultimately, I advised Ben that I no longer wished to have Sayed involved in the remainder of the transaction and we completed all the final steps with Ben efficiently and without issue. Final thoughts: Although we ultimately ended up with the car we wanted at a fair price, the car was given to us with only ¾ of a tank of gas (though we were charged for gas), no windshield wiper fluid and had not even been hosed or wiped down to clean off the outside after they drove it (with no plastic covers on the inside) 500km to the dealership. We also paid extra for rust protection and I have no proof that this was even done to the car. Overall experience: 3 Stars. Out of the 10 days (or so) we were doing business with this dealership, the first 7 were awful and we would rate at 1 star. The fact that Ben tried to remedy the situation and that our experience with his was much better, raises our rating to 3 stars. Would I go again: Yes, but I would only deal with Ben and I would be far more assertive, cautious and willing to walk away at the first sign of trouble. More

After visiting over 10 different Chrysler dealerships in the GTA, Downsview Chrysler was a breath of fresh air. Our rep, Domenic Bertucci was excited, enthusiastic and confident from the moment I met him. He was shocked to hear how long we had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler and guaranteed that I would not leave the dealership without purchasing my dream vehicle that day, and I did. The team at Downsview Chrysler is honest, straightforward and accommodating. This was our first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and they not only made it extremely easy, they made it exciting! Once the deal was done, Manager, John Guppy, took the time to meet me, shake my hand and express his excitement for our new purchase - truly the icing on the cake. Furthermore, we received constant updates from Domenic regarding the ETA of our vehicle from the factory and he always called when he said he would. I also wanted all the 'bells and whistles, sun roof etc. I tested a few cars. A Mercedes (no towing capacity and old technology), a Lexus Hybrid (expensive, limited towing capacity very good features) Toyota Hybrid (almost as expensive as the Lexus) In Downsview Chrysler, where I bought cars many many times before, they listened. The car recommended for me was the Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. It answered all the questions and had all the features that I asked for and many more I did not expect.All the latest electronics where there including a self parking features, lane change alert etc. It had all the latest features any of the other cars may have and yet cost less. However, the most important reason (other than the fact that the car answered all my needs and was reasonably priced and greatly financed) was the fact that I felt I was listened to and that an effort was made to match me with the best fit. There was no sales pressure or back and forth games. Maybe the good people who work there is why I keep coming to Downsview Chrysler. More
