From the sales staff not having any knowledge about their inventory and cars in general to not knowing the meaning of customer service. It was horrible, i mean horrible it would take a minimum of an hour to get a price of a vechile even. However Downsview Chrysler is a different breed of dealership from the moment you walk in you are treated like a welcome house guest the customer services is phenomenal and the sales staff know their cars, my sales agent was Domenic, he was super informed on every car on the lot, super friendly and most importantly did not xxxxxxxx. I can honestly say i got the best deal from him i could have got. a lot of thanks from me goes to Domenic and the whole staff at Downsview, they made my car experience bright and enjoyable. More
