We really helped my friend get the best deal possible and made the whole purchasing procedure easy. I like the way Spencer dealt with my friend that I said I would be back if I was to purchase an other Hyundai. Well a year later my son purchased his very first car and fell in love with the Elentra GT DCT. Their was only 2 of these Elentra's in Ontario and Spencer had the one we wanted. Again we went to visit Spencer and again he made the deal so easy. Once the contract was signed he still called us to give us the updates on when the car was ready and helped out with all the questions my son had. I have been to other dealerships before but at DVNH it was a breeze. The bottom line is we got the car for what my son could afford monthly and wanted it for and Spencer made it happen. So next on our list is the 2019 Santa-Fe and I will definitely be paying Spencer a visit again. Mitchell Lash More

DON'T BUY CERTIFIED PRE-OWN FROM HYUNDAI My certified pre-own Hyundai 2013 was purchased in end of May, 2017. Transmission was completely dead after driving the car for 2.5 months. Called and texted Sales Rep, Eric Chu, complaining about the broken transmission but never received a response. I could only received a response from the General Manager after posting my review. They seemed to be helpful, but actually not. They kept asking me to trade-in another Hyundai by adding more money on these vehicles that I am completely losing my confidence. They just wanted to continue making money from me. What is the point?! I received the recall notice in the mail last week. Once again, I completely lost my confidence on Hyundai vehicles Apparently, the management doesn't care as they do not intend to rectify the situation, but just want to continue depriving money from me. The salesperson, Eric Chu, never responded to me after I posted my review on their web page. The management never explained why the salesperson didn't respond. They only aim at recommending another vehicle to me and asked for more money. Please stay away this brand. Please do not buy pre-own as the vehicles are not certified otherwise mine would not be broken down 3 times on the road after driving 2.5 months only. I don't want to see more victims fall into the trap. They are just playing games with me. Just wanted to make money from their customers. More

Stay away! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else Let me just start by saying that there is absolutely no reason to take your car to a dealership for repair unless it's a warranty repair. They will ga Let me just start by saying that there is absolutely no reason to take your car to a dealership for repair unless it's a warranty repair. They will gauge you every chance they get. Just do a quick google search and you will find the parts at less than half the cost this or any dealer will charge you. Then take them to your local neighborhood mechanic and get the them installed. Not only will they do a better job, the labor charge will be significantly less. My latest experience I knew exactly what the problem was when I took my car there, I even provided them the Technical Service Bulletin outlining the problem and instructions on how to repair. I had them confirm what I would not be charged their nonsense diagnostic fee. Later that day I had not heard back, because they forgot to call me. So when I had to call them they apologized for their mishap and then proceed to try and make things better by trying to do $1000 worth of service that by rights should be costing $500. I guess they forgot I actually had the service bulletin that outlined the repair would take 1.5 hours and wanted to bill for 4 hours of service time. To top things off they refused to wave the diagnostic fee. So after telling them not to touch my car for second more, it cost me $125 to find out what I already knew. The lesson is that you have no reason to be giving these people your money. More
