The dealership does not know how to conduct business. I had a tough time with DVN. At work, a few people recommended me to go to DVN as it was close to my work place, but my experience was horrible. The sales person I dealt with was nice, but as soon as recommended me to go to DVN as it was close to my work place, but my experience was horrible. The sales person I dealt with was nice, but as soon as I deposited the initial amount, I was thrown back to the line. They never stood up to any promised they made. Before the deposit, they told me I can get the car in 2 working days, after the deposit.. 2 days turned into "at least 5-6 working days". The finance rep who was supposed to explain me everything I am about to pay.. kept shouting at me for being ignorant. Its not my fault. I am new to this place. I have to start somewhere.. I am not saying I am stupid, I have studied at one of the top ranking business schools in the world. But my experience of buying a new car turned really bad. To add insult to injury, when I asked them to return me my refundable deposit, they kept stalling it till the next month. It took me 5 seconds to make a deposit and 5 weeks to get it back. Needless to say, I bought my car from a different dealer. It was just a sad story. More
