From the time he provided service to my wife and two children with the proper introduction to test drive, to the next day car selection, preparation and pickup (yes, it took us less than 24 hours from visiting the dealer to driving the brand new van home.) Mr. Raj Nv showed professionalism throughout the process: 1) providing adequate attention to my wife and test drive, 2) exhibiting patient and willingness in negotiation, 3) providing support in selections and tight delivery timeline, 4) giving us a sense of mutually beneficial closing deal, and 5) explaining thoroughly the functionality of the entire vehicle at delivery despite the fact that we were not the only customers for him that day. In addition, Kevin in Finance Department was a great guy to work with and our finance process (including Protection and Extended Warranty) was hassle-free and smooth. He fitted us in despite of Saturday busyness and we had close to zero wait time. Service - Oil Change They charge $270.00 for oil change, and plus another $30 for MISC. When i called and ask what is this misc charge sice the $270 already included labor and part. they said its for dispose the old oil or something. xxx, its like the $270 price tag too LOW? and they need to add some extra? i am suprised that they didnt chage for the freight/and labor to open the bottle !!!??????? money sucker! like others went through, they left all the paperworks and key with front desk, the lady was not able to answer any of the questions, beside taking your money amd simple answer everything with" i dont work at service department, you have to contact them". it feels like they hang on to your paperwork untill end of the day, and then they dont have to deal with the the customers. pls help yourself, and go somewhere else.
