She isn't there just to sell you a vehicle and get rid of you, she likes to get to know her clients on a personal level. She definitely is the type of person who can get along with ANYONE. We have been in the market for a new used vehicle for some time, and we have done our homework by researching what’s hot and what’s not in the market. We finally settled on a Jeep. After spending countless hours, and many gray hairs listening to Slick Salespeople, we made a visit to Crowfoot Dodge. That is where we met Nathan Tomilson. Nathan is what I would call a breath of fresh air. He didn’t try to up-sell us or sell us something we didn’t want. He “LISTENED” to us and what we wanted. He actually took care of us. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was in pristine condition. It was washed and detailed inside and out, and full of gas. The vehicle had also undergone a complete Mechanical Fitness Assessment, which included an oil change. Nathan even took the time to walk us through all the features and show us how to set things up and use them. Everything was done for us – all we had to do was start it and drive away. Now this may seem like nothing out of the ordinary but there is one thing that really impressed us, and showed us what a star Nathan is – while we were looking at the vehicle we made some comments to each other about the tires and said they would have to be replaced before winter came. To our great surprise when we picked the vehicle up it had four brand new tires on it. We didn’t request these and they were not part of the negotiations. They were something that this young man did on his own because he listened! So the short version of this story is this: if you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, you should go and talk to Nathan at Crowfoot Dodge. He will listen to you and take care of what you really want! More
