Salesman was great,finance and trade in personnel nightmare Don the salesman was very helpful and not pushy, the vehicle was a demo which had everything I wanted. When it came time to negotiate my trade in and Don the salesman was very helpful and not pushy, the vehicle was a demo which had everything I wanted. When it came time to negotiate my trade in and the cost of the truck it was turned over to the finance/closing group. This was an extremely frustrating process they did not breakdown all the extras in the purchase price,(just one figure) when I started to ask about the breakdown they didn't add up properly and I found out they had included some extra insurance with out telling me, and that I didn't need!! And the price for my trade in was reduced and the difference was made up in the tax credit! And the math was off! The numbers didn't add up correctly. So I was not happy at all with that, I left the dealership and returned the next day with a cheque for what I felt was fair for both, they ended up removing the tonneau cover worth $599 off the truck to make the deal. That to me defined what kind of dealership I was working with. In hindsight I should have walked away, but to lose the truck over a tonneau cover seemed pretty pathetic. I was also a return customer, and not sure if I will deal with them in the future. More

Satisfied Customer I just purchased a truck from this deslership. I was impressed that they are not pushy. Although my salesman needed to know more of his products. At l I just purchased a truck from this deslership. I was impressed that they are not pushy. Although my salesman needed to know more of his products. At least he was honest enough to say that he is newby and we understand. However, we would have saved a lot of time if he could have answered all our questions outright. Anyhow, he was very helpful and tried his best to get all needed informations that we need. Suprisingly, they have granted all our requests. I live far from this dealership but the deals and service we get outweigh all the long trips. Most importantly they treat women equally. They are honest and will not make false promises. Good work! More
