Good service centre staff There was a recall on my Chrysler Town and Country. I was given an appointment very quickly when I called to book the service. Upon arrival I was greeted very politely by my service advisor Kevin Brooks. He went over what was being done and that he would call as soon as it was done. He called as soon as he knew the vehicle was done. He also helped finding a part that was needed and connecting with the body shop to have it painted where Dawn was most cooperative and helpful. Kevin makes coming to Crestview easy and enjoyable. More

I took my truck in on an appointment to have an issue with the infamous (Hemi Tick) resolved, the problem was addressed and repaired without delay. I had neglected to mention i wanted the exterior and interior detailed on my initial visit. I called Kevin the next day to add the request, he was able to accommodate. I left the van at the dealership, dropped my keys in the drop box and left the death trap behind. I got a call 1st thing in the morning from Kevin Brooks. He said the parts were back ordered but he would see what he could do and he called me back. He had the parts in stock and had my vehicle fixed within a couple of hours! I have 2 kids and a busy life so not having my van would have been terrible. Thank you Kevin!! You are a life saver!! More

Personalized and caring Service starts at the top in management and Gord Mayer the Service manager never disappoints. In my case he has always made time to listen to any of Service starts at the top in management and Gord Mayer the Service manager never disappoints. In my case he has always made time to listen to any of my service concerns, made suggestions and directed me on the best way to proceed. Gord seems to truly care and his calm professional manner is reassuring. I have an unusual model car and I've had visits where my repair costs have been substantial, and although that is never a welcomed thing, it always makes sense once the service team explain what was required and give the break down of costs. Darcy the service consultant was courteous and efficient and Kevin assisted when Darcy was with another customer having him call e back when he was freed up...a team effort. Darcy provided a full quote on not only the work that had been performed this visit but also the costs for parts and installation of parts that they had to order for my car for the follow up service visit.. In particular I appreciated the fact that the technician who worked on my car actually came into the service office and along with Darcy explained the particulars of the specific assembly that was faulty and how it caused the specific problem. Finally, I received a prompt ride home when taking my car in for service and a quick ride back once I called to be taken back to pick up my car and address the bill. No one likes paying for repairs to their vehicle, it's disappointing...but professional courteous service such as this certainly helps the experience. Chris J More
