Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep responded

I understand that our service manager Gord spoke with your husband and has made arrangements to do some cost sharing on some future repairs for the truck. Our service advisor was in no way trying to take advantage of your son. Since the vehicle has never been in to our shop, we did our due diligence and inspected it for any potential issues. We're sorry if it looks to you like we were trying to take advantage of him. Customer's safety is of the utmost importance to us and should we have found something that could have failed on his trip home we would have undoubtedly been saving him from being stranded on the road or worse. We look forward to having the truck back in our shop and attending to some other maintenance items at a discounted rate as we understand it is very costly for a university student. I respectfully ask that you speak with your husband and update the review based on his conversation with Gord Mayer. Sincerely, Kurtis Anderson Internet Manager

Hi Kiurtis, I have talked to my husband about his conversation with Gord. This review was written prior to any response from Gord. As I shared in the letter I wrote we had received no contact after two voicemails and three business days plus the weekend to Gord. My husband did say Gord made an offer of the remainder of the work done at a discounted price but no exact offer just generally. After having our mechanic look at it anything we do plan to do we will do local to us where we have trust that we will only get done and charged for what is necessary. For me this has gone beyond the bill and lack of transparency on Creatviews part. Your response is the first apology we have received from anyone at your company. Even Gord did not offer an apology at any point about the service or the lack of responsiveness. Got sorry I missed your call but not sorry I did not respond. Which feels like avoidance. Because you have responded with an apology that should have been forthcoming much sooner I will remove the review. I hope that at the very least your company thinks about the fact that you are seen as experts. In my mind that means that you provide advice based service, for what needs to be done immediately, what can wait a little and what is there in the future. I hope that you will take additional time, care and attention with those customers that do not understand to ask more questions. Build trust by being transparent and not distrust in the way your team did with our son. A very costly lesson for him to learn at a time when every dollar he can keep off his student loan will benefit him in the future. Still disappointed with the service. Chris

I hav adjusted the review. I can not seem to delete it. I re-read the message I was quick to see an apology in your response. Now that I re-read i not sure really got one. I still feel that our son was taken advantage of. Please don't continue this practice with others.
