Positive experience It was my first time coming to this dealership, and it was a very positive experience. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla, not a typical vehicle you' It was my first time coming to this dealership, and it was a very positive experience. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla, not a typical vehicle you'd see in a Chrysler dealership; however, Tyler was more than happy in answering any questions I had and was willing to look for the answers if he didn't know. Price was a major contributing factor; but Tyler helped me out by consulting with his manger and finding me the best price for the vehicle. He also makes sure the experience is about the car you love without any external pressure. To seal the deal, he offered 4 tanks of gas for free and 3 free oil changes. He isn't pushy like other salespersons, rather, he made the experience of buying my first car to be low stress. I would recommend anyone who wants their car buying experience to be calm and relaxed to visit Tyler at Crestview in Regina. More

Made an appointment at 800 am and truck never got into service until 200pm , Then had to bring truck back the next week, Fixed rattle and the manager then tells me there's a rattle in dash but did not fix have to bring vehicle back for third service call. This is a joke for customer service. More

Getting Better I've had 4 trucks from Crestview and I've had terrible customer service from the service department (especially the body shop). However, it appears they are slowly getting better, and the quick lane oil change is a nice option. Rated only 3 stars as there are still issues with timely service. When you pre-book a vehicle in it shouldn't take 9 hours to get an oil change/tire rotation and fix a door lock (that took an hour to fix)...... More
