Straightforward to Deal With I went to Crestview, having done my research, with the intention of shopping around at a few dealerships for a used 2014/2015 Cherokee. Brock and Mar I went to Crestview, having done my research, with the intention of shopping around at a few dealerships for a used 2014/2015 Cherokee. Brock and Marino were respectful and understanding of my vehicle and option requests. Upon realizing they did not have the used inventory I was looking for, they did not hesitate to offer me an exceptional deal on a new 2016 Cherokee, to gain my loyalty. The new deal was very close to the price of a used Cherokee, one that I did not turn down, and am happy to be a first time customer at Crestview. Brock appreciated our family needs with having two car seats in our existing vehicle, and he genuinely helped me move the car seats into the new vehicle for a 'family' test drive! Cameron was very favorable when it came to signing all the paperwork. Overall a very enjoyable experience, one that I would recommend. More

unsatisfied, disrespected of my vehicle I came to this dealership to look at trading my truck off. The thing that made me most unhappy and made me decide to take my buisness somewhere else was the disrespect of my vehicle from who took it for an assessment drive. I was not informed they would be taking my vehicle out for a test once i seen that they were so I had went outside. As they were leaving the lot I witnessed and heard them spinning my tires and continued to spin and squeel for a good quarter of a block. I understand that a vehicle needs an assessment of some harder driving but not like what i saw and heard. I was very unhappy and annoyed that they had disrespected my vehicle cause at the time its still mine and immediately decided to take my buisness elsewhere. More

We came into Crestview after finding a specific vehicle online. Our salesman (Steve) was super friendly and informative. The other sales ppl that weren't dealing with us were also very friendly as well - sparking up conversation about the vehicle and helping me with a few questions that popped up while my husband was dealing with Steve. Once, the dealing was done, we spent some time with Melissa in finance and she did a fantastic job explaining the additional warranty that could be purchased (which we highly recommend as we needed it about 10 days into our purchase!). And, Marino added some comical insight and a few good chuckles:) Our overall experience was very positive and we highly recommend the dealership! More
