Prompt action taken to resolve concern My wife and I decided to purchase a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Crestview Chrysler, 601 Albert St,, Regina, SK. We pointed out to the sales person My wife and I decided to purchase a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from Crestview Chrysler, 601 Albert St,, Regina, SK. We pointed out to the sales person a couple of scratches on the body of the vehicle. One was on the sliding door handle on the driver's side and the second was on the rear fender on the passenger's side. We were told that these scratches would be buffed out and that the car would be detailed. We signed the sales agreement with the understanding that the work we discussed would be completed. The detailing was completed but we were told that the scratch over the rear fender on the passenger's side was too big to buff out. We were given an estimate of $2,000 to repair this scratch. We felt let down after being told that the scratch would be buffed out. We decided not to proceed with the repair at this time. When Andrew learned there was a problem, he contacted us promptly to offer to pay for matching paint and to provide a free touch up of the scratch on the rear fender. The small scratch was buffed out and repair of the larger scratch was completed to our satisfaction. We were very happy with Andrew's prompt action to resolve our concern. We would recommend him. More
