Booked my car for service on very short notice I live on a farm 1.5 hours outside of Regina. My check engine light was on coupled with my air conditioning not working plus who knows what else was I live on a farm 1.5 hours outside of Regina. I happened to be going into Regina the next day for a couple of days and even though they were booking service appointments into the following week, they "squeezed me in" for the two days I was in Regina. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning the next day as scheduled. I actually wasn't expecting to hear anything from them until my second day in Regina so i was very surprised when I got a call from the service department the day I dropped it off advising me they fixed the problems! Everything they said was fixed was indeed fixed! More

Second car here - worst experiences ever First time was a used vehicle - Brock made promises he could not deliver on - confronted him with a lie and his response was "I am a salesperson, we l First time was a used vehicle - Brock made promises he could not deliver on - confronted him with a lie and his response was "I am a salesperson, we lie" If I could have found the particular vehicle elsewhere I would have. Second time bought a brand new vehicle off the truck - first off with the waiting period for my vehicle I had to plate it while keeping mine plated - those charges added up to an extra $150 then they scratched the xxxx out of it when putting on the "protective coating" I took it back three times and they got the "best detailer in the city" to get the scratches out (all three times they were taking it to "the best" ) and it is still swirled all to xxxx - it needs to be stripped but they refuse to do it - instead they said they were sending the pictures to jeep (as if they will do anything - it was the dealership that wrecked it) that was in November - and no one has ever gotten back to me. Rob Fenske is a condescending jerk - he actually mocked us and questioned my husbands knowledge of paint - which was a trade he was in after high school. I had left a message for the general manager and never heard back. This was the first new vehicle I ever bought and was a horrific, frustrating, demeaning experience. What was supposed to be a milestone experience now turns my stomach every time I see the scratches. I will not give this dealership another DIME of my money. They are out for the sale and once you sign the paperwork - you are on your own. More
