Easyy Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. I called on Wednesday and they said "Yes, of course, no Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. Came in and they said that because my Jeep was under warranty that me coming in was a waste of time because they couldn't do anything if they found anything wrong since they weren't a Chrysler dealership. Seven AM me was not pleased and complained that the employee on the phone . Thankfully they gave me Kevin's number at Crestview Chrysler. I'm so glad they did. Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. Since they needed to order in a part, I did have to come back the following Friday to get it fixed. That being said, my Jeep was ready in no time. I got a shuttle to and from work downtown. Bonus: they waved the labor fee. Got my Jeep fixed for free! Will come back again; no question. More
