Although I was annoyed waiting, Harry made it easier. He also explained what service I needed next time and appreciated him letting me know I needed to book an appointment next time. Just be careful everyone is one the same page I had a very good experience with the finance person, Trish, but not entirely satisfied with sales experience. Asking for "dual" DVD screens meaning I I had a very good experience with the finance person, Trish, but not entirely satisfied with sales experience. Asking for "dual" DVD screens meaning I thought meant for the back but they meant I could watch a movie in the front seats. Who does that? Anyway I'm out an extra 2300$ to actually get "dual" screens for the back honestly does anyone go sit in their car to watch a show in the front seat??? They acted all "well of course" More

New Jeep Received a call asking I was interested in trading in my Wrangler. Went in and test drove a couple other Jeeps ended up deciding on a Cherokee.
