Oil Change Every time I go in for an oil change (express lane) it seems I have to argue to get "just an oil change". Each time they try to push the add-ons and try to tell me that I have these additives. I take very good care of my vehicles with regular oil changes at 5000 klm and all the other required servicing. Gord and his crew (Kevin, Ryan) are great to deal with. It is the express land I struggle with. More

Also that I could use an outside service only once a year, which I had to do the first oil change. Told me to keep the receipt for warranty. He also came and told me about any extra charges, and how much, and for what reason. I was very happy with his friendly service. I did not feel pressured to spend any more money than needed. More
