Steph Jost was patient and ensured he knew my ‘wish list’ with the features of the vehicle I was purchasing- a Chrysler Pacifica. During each interaction with Steph he had a smile on his face; and he was extremely thorough in showing me how different aspects of the vehicle functioned. I sincerely appreciate how he took the time to explain how to sync my phone and upload a corresponding app to get the most out of the features the vehicle offered. Additionally, a special thank you to Steph for offering to help me move my car seats from one vehicle to another! I was very impressed how seamlessly the experience was. unsatisfied customer relations I am not impressed with the treatment from management / owner. I was there checking out prices on their line of cars awhile back. a sales person approached and asked " may I help you" i let him know that I was in the market on prices of a new car only. he never showed anything and the next thing I know I had purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram quad cab. when I confronted them about it all I received was attitude from management and owner. the response I got was " once you buy a car / truck its consider sold and there's no exchanges or buybacks" I was greatly disrespected by everyone there. not only did the bank repo that truck - after I stopped payment at my - but I also lost the quarter ton truck I showed up in. I am not impressed on how they treat the people that show up there. NO RESPECT is given More

Thankfully that was not the case this time round! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello and every other interaction was just as warm as the last. When it came to budget and what I was looking for in a vehicle I gave David Taylor the information and to my surprise he came back with only one vehicle, however the vehicle he brought me was within my budget and it also matched all other specifications I was interested in, I was both in shock and amazed. David not only knows his vehicles he's also very considerate in regards to helping you choose what's best for you. In determining the price of sale I then met with Marino Vecchioli and inquired about what the best price they'd be able to offer me. He mentioned how they offer competitive pricing and how they also price match but in the end he went the extra mile and gave me a better deal than what was previously offered. The next step was setting up the financial process where Trisha Zimmer transforms something tedious into something both easy and in your best interest. The omly dilemma I encountered was after driving the vehicle home I had noticed one of the fog lights was burnt out and that one of the handles in the back was also broken. I called David and let him know, he said no problem, bring it in the morning and we'll take a look. That next morning I met with David and Chris Lozinsky and showed them my concerns and without skipping a beat they said no problem, we'll have to get the parts ordered in and we'll give you a call when they're here. Within one week they were able to help me out and to lend a loaner while the parts were being replaced. This was my first experience with Crestview Chrysler and it won't be my last, top notch customer service. I will definitely be recommending them to my Friends and Family for future vehicle purchases.
