They offer great guarantees, like their 90 day bumper-to-bumper for certified pre-owned, or the lifetime engine warranty when you don't miss your oil change. Peter made me a great little video, capturing the vehicle I wanted to buy, from in- and outside, since it was not possible for me to just stop by and check it myself. The truck I purchased was perfectly clean, feels and drives like new. It was originally sold and also serviced by Crestview. I appreciated very much that they always update the service records, and the Carfax report I ordered showed me the details about all the services and repairs done prior my purchase. I just would like to see dealerships here in Canada trying more pro-active to find the best deal for the customer, and not to come up with the best deal for themselves in first position. This is not only about Crestview, it is a very common bad habit. And this is what the 4 stars are for. I am not blaming it on the salesmen, since they most likely follow company guidelines and, of course, the customary habit as well. More
