It was positive and painless To begin with, we were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist. Brent Wright was a pleasure to work with. He is not a salesman; rather, he is a diplomat. He of course has to look after himself and the Dealership, but I felt he was really working hard for us as well. My wife and I were treated honestly and fairly. Brent treated us with respect and support as we truly felt he was trying to provide excellent customer service to us. Like any car buying experience there were hurdles that Brent truly and genuinely helped us to overcome. I thought Brent worked hard on our behalf to complete the transaction for us. Cameron Clarkson dealt with our finance portion. He was very helpful and put us at ease as purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. He completely explained our options available to us. At no time during any of the process did we feel any pressure. They sincerely wanted to work with and for us. Dave was very responsive to all my questions and I felt comfortable to make the long drive on the chance of making a deal. He greeted me when I arrived and took care of all my needs. He worked hard on my behalf to make the deal happen. He left me alone when I wanted to carefully inspect the truck, and he supported me when I needed him. I had a great experience with Dave and felt that he really worked my case to make a deal. I also spent some time with Trish who was very knowledgeable and efficient with my out of town needs. They offer great guarantees, like their 90 day bumper-to-bumper for certified pre-owned, or the lifetime engine warranty when you don't miss your oil change. Peter made me a great little video, capturing the vehicle I wanted to buy, from in- and outside, since it was not possible for me to just stop by and check it myself. The truck I purchased was perfectly clean, feels and drives like new. It was originally sold and also serviced by Crestview. I appreciated very much that they always update the service records, and the Carfax report I ordered showed me the details about all the services and repairs done prior my purchase. I just would like to see dealerships here in Canada trying more pro-active to find the best deal for the customer, and not to come up with the best deal for themselves in first position. This is not only about Crestview, it is a very common bad habit. And this is what the 4 stars are for. I am not blaming it on the salesmen, since they most likely follow company guidelines and, of course, the customary habit as well. More
