Excellent experience - again This is the second time that we have dealt with both Courtsey Ford Lincoln and Kenny Haynes and both times we've had an exceptional experience. I feel This is the second time that we have dealt with both Courtsey Ford Lincoln and Kenny Haynes and both times we've had an exceptional experience. I feel that we were given a fair price for our trade-in as well as the price for the used vehicles we bought. The only problem that we encountered on our last purchase, was when we went to pick it up it hadn't really been detailed very well. We mentioned it to the office manager Adel and he had it taken care of right away. While we were waiting for it to be done both the Lincoln Sales Manager, Meghan Eansor and the General Service Manager Will Taylor came to apologize to us, which was greatly appreciated. When we did get the car it was perfect. We always have our car serviced at Courtsey and it's always a good experience. We've mostly dealt with Scott Lombardi and Alex Tapia, both are great to deal with. Overall, Courtsey Ford Lincoln is an excellent dealership and we would recommend them to anybody looking for great staff and service. More

He was very thorough and again was knowledgeable and attentive to any questions I had. Dan Bee helped me navigate through the F150 with great ease and knowledge. He gave me the total walk through. I wouldn't have seen half of the features if he hadn't done such a good job at guiding me through the truck. He was serious but also has a sense of humour. We would deal with him again. More
