My husband and I had attended at Courtesy Ford Lincoln dealership to "browse" as we entertaining the thought of trading in our 2016 F150 (purchased at another dealership) for a new one or a large SUV. Mack was very personable and informative, taking the time to provide us with thorough information about both of the vehicles we were considering and clearly outlining the costs of each. He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to us when we advised what features we wanted in our new vehicle and led us to the model that suited our needs. No aggressive sales pressure added to the overall positive experience. Mack was a pleasure to work with and will for sure be in contact with him when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase!!
