World class customer service start to finish 23 years ago my husband and I walked into a ford dealer with 2 cars to trade in. We walked around for quite some time but not one person asked us how they could help. We decided to leave when a young salesman followed us to our car and asked if he could help . We just said no thanks no one interested we will show somewhere else. He was so intent that he could make our experience better then what we had just decided the worst ever. His name was Mark Stevens. He just went over and above. And i think after the better part of 2 hours we walked out with a deal signed for 2 new vehicles. The rest is history. Over 18 cars in all these years for our selves and children . And each one with Mark. We have never walked away without thinking we got the best pricing and best customer service and honesty.We recommend Mark to all our family and friends. Mark makes us feel welcomed each time and often just drop in unexpected and he drops everything to assist us and always remembers our family .Not always do we purchase but come to inquire about new deals and new models.
