Service tried to repair under warranty 3x - oil pressure pump went at under 25,000K on trip home from Toronto and issues with first tonneau cover. At this point very frustrated at not willing to go forward financing that truck for another 5 years with problems and was considering not going forward with a lease on a third work truck as a result. I have a second F150 XLT work truck and we have purchased our personal 2017 Escape at Courtesy as well. I purchased my first two used F150's for my business there in the past as well. So a lot of vehicles and I was hoping not to have to go elsewhere. Had an opportunity to do so when at an industry seminar but chose to give Zach and Courtesy a chance to see what they could do - Zach spearheaded action - Will Taylor , Zach, Judy et al all stepped up and moved the issue up the chain and have resolved the issue beyond my expectations - and I am in a new vehicle and will also be leasing a third truck for my business come April.
