Mazda CX-9 I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Mazda CX-9 from Courtenay Mazda. I found the entire experience to be smooth and pleasant. Myself and my wife p I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Mazda CX-9 from Courtenay Mazda. I found the entire experience to be smooth and pleasant. Myself and my wife purchased a 2016 CX-5 a few years ago and found the same thing. Aaron did an excellent job as our 'point man' and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Pricing and Financing with Corey and Chad were a breeze and I never felt any pressure to purchase the car. SO accommodating! From start to finish, Chantelle was so helpful and so accommodating during our recent purchase. Our local non-profit group, the Boys and Girls Clubs From start to finish, Chantelle was so helpful and so accommodating during our recent purchase. Our local non-profit group, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Vancouver Island, had an old commuter car that "died" suddenly. The vehicle was used every day for staff travelling to and from Nanaimo, so we urgently needed a reliable replacement. Chantelle was able to find us a great used Chevy Optra that was comfortable, safe AND within our non-profit budget- no small undertaking! She was absolutely lovely throughout the process. She answered all of our questions, quickly got us a quote on the additional set of tires we wanted and worked within the tight window of time we had available when we were there before we had to get back and open the club for the kids. The owners, Corey and Amanda have been amazingly supportive of our organization before, and this purchase experience was no different. They seem to go out of their way to help community groups whenever they can, and truly get behind the community they live, work and play in. We would absolutely recommend Chantelle, Corey and the entire team at Courtenay Mazda! More
