Courtenay Mazda is a pleasure to deal with! At 8:15 am on January 2nd/18, we were greeted and welcomed into Courtenay Mazda dealership by Chantelle, a capable, non pushy salesperson who's produc At 8:15 am on January 2nd/18, we were greeted and welcomed into Courtenay Mazda dealership by Chantelle, a capable, non pushy salesperson who's product knowledge was extensive, and she knew exactly what they had for inventory and where . We then zeroed in on what we wanted for trim level and color. They had exactly what we were looking for. Then we zeroed in a bottom line price with a trade in. Chantelle went to bat for us, presenting what we expected to her manager/owner, Cory. Cory is a down to earth, honest, no games kind of dealership owner/manager. In 5 minutes we had a signed deal we were all happy with! Chad in finance was very easy to talk to and deal with, certainly no pressure! We even qualified for December's bonus, a bose product. It is almost a 2 hour drive from our home to Courtenay but we are so very happy we decided to make that drive and check that dealership out! We have already told friends, family and ha, my insurance lady, about our experience. A definite Yes on the recommendation. More
