My first visit to the dealership was a rainy day and Karissa came out (with umbrellas) as soon as we pulled in to help us out. I took a week to do some more research and ask some more questions, I have a crazy busy schedule during the week and Aaron was very accommodating of my email correspondence preference. He even picked my friend and I up from the ferry to come for a second visit and test drive of the vehicle I was interested in! There was a bit of a wait for available staff during the paperwork/insurance process, but we were well taken care of as we waited. And I LOVE my new Mazda3! I highly recommend Courtenay Mazda! More

We dealt with Kourtney she was super personable, and not pushy at all. We got a great price for exactly what we were looking for (a new Mazda CX-5), and remember we shopped around. All of our questions were answered with knowledgeable answers, and we were never made to feel silly or stupid for asking them. Buying a car can be very stressful, We recently purchased our first Mazda (Mazda 3 Sport GT), and Wendall, especially, was really great to work with. Buying a car can be very stressful, but he was professional, respectful (gave us space to talk) and had a laid back approach that we really appreciated. Because we came later in the day all the way from Port Alberni, this staff that we were working with all had to stay quite a bit past their regular hours in order to make sure our deal was finalized. We appreciated this and are really happy with our Mazda 3 Sport so far. Our only critique was some of the extra fees/charges (eg. VIP Package) were not communicated or laid out clearly when making the deal. Otherwise, we were really satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you! More

Logan was great on the financing side and would have had me in and out in no time if it wasn’t for trying to get hold of my employer lol. I didn’t want to go to crazy and over extend myself and he stuck to that and stayed within a price point that I could live with. He had some great choices lined up for me and gave great advice on what the best choice would be, especially when it came to trade in value in the future.Chantelle was friendly a knowledgeable salesperson and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. Overall the experience was amazing and I was in and out the same day. I will definitely be back in the future to deal with them both when that time comes. Martin More
