Everyone from my awesome sales guy, Aaron to the finance department made me feel like they were as excited as I was to be buying a new ride. I was introduced to Rebekah in the service department, she was friendly and polite and I have piece of mind knowing where and who I'll be bringing my car to for scheduled maintenance. Seriously recommend the entire team if you are even considering looking for something new, you won't be disappointed. More

I live in Powell River and was in contact via email before being able to come to the dealership in person. Response time was always quick and all my questions were answered. My first visit to the dealership was a rainy day and Karissa came out (with umbrellas) as soon as we pulled in to help us out. I took a week to do some more research and ask some more questions, I have a crazy busy schedule during the week and Aaron was very accommodating of my email correspondence preference. He even picked my friend and I up from the ferry to come for a second visit and test drive of the vehicle I was interested in! There was a bit of a wait for available staff during the paperwork/insurance process, but we were well taken care of as we waited. And I LOVE my new Mazda3! I highly recommend Courtenay Mazda! More
