I had a terrible experience with another local car dealership, so I was very cynical, but everyone at Courtenay Mazda won me over. I got a great car at a great price, and everyone bent over backwards to be kind and helpful. I even received a beautiful gift basket a couple days after my purchase with a hand written card from the owner of the dealership, and Kourtney called me to make sure that I was happy and see if I had any questions or concerns. This place knows how to treat a customer! I have been singing their praises since my purchase, and I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

I was surprised to find Wendell in the back of the lot scrubbing my "new to me car" down and was impressed by this level of customer service. Wendell then surprised me again by asking if he could follow up in a day or two to see how I was getting on with the car, never has a salesperson done this. When I drove home exhausted but thrilled to be in my new ride Wendell texted to make sure I got home ok, knowing how tired I was. Made buying a car easy! I came in to look at a used vehicle to surprise our daughter with for her 16th birthday. I brought my Dad for a second opinion. Aaron Mackenzie was our salesman and we found him very personable and helpful. And he did a great job in keeping all contact with me top secret! We were able to get the vehicle at the price we had hoped, the sale was smooth and Insurance to get it home was done quickly as well! All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend Courtenay Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
