Fast and efficient I had to take a ferry over to find the car that was right for me. Chantelle and Logan worked hard I feel to put me in the right vehicle. We were able to work over email which I found beneficial due to my distance. We tried a few vehicles on the lot that weren't quite right for me, but very quickly Chantelle found my whip :) a 2011 cx-7. I'm very happy with it. It has just the right space and gas mileage that I was looking for plus all the extras I love. The only thing I don't like about car dealerships is trying to slide a crappy warranty in when it doesn't make sense, I don't blame Logan but people fall into it. I was in and out in a few hours with what I wanted. The vehicles seemed to be rolling off the lot very quickly so obviously doing well and with this service,will continue to. Don't drink the coffee I contacted Mike at Courtenay Mazda to get details on a used Kia Rio. Right from the get go Mike was helpful and honest in disclosing all of the information about the vehicle. I drove up from Nanaimo and it was certainly worth it. I drove the car, made the deal and had the keys in my hand within an hour or so. That was a week ago. The car is great, no surprises. The price quoted was what I paid. No hidden fees. The only suggestion I would have is don't accept a coffee from Mike. Its horrible. Go over the street to the McDonalds and buy one. I've never tasted anything that bad. Other than that, it was a great experience. More
