Excellent service and integrity! Just bought an older used station wagon at this dealership. During the process I found the salesperson Gaye Williams to be very helpfull, friendly and Just bought an older used station wagon at this dealership. During the process I found the salesperson Gaye Williams to be very helpfull, friendly and pleasant to deal with! Very laid back but professional. After purchasing the vehicle 'as is', it unfortunately had a spring break in the drivers side front strut after only a few days. So I called the dealership not expecting much and spoke with Gaye and Corey Sawchuck (the manager/owner) and they immediately offered to help however they could with the repairs and further even offered to buy the car back from me!! Anyways, I elected to have them help me have the car repaired (because I thought the car was reasonbly priced already) and they had it repaired for me at a more than fair price. I am very gratefull for their help and service. Am happy to recommend Mazda Courtenay to anyone I speak to! Kerby Fisher More

Outstanding Experience We have decades of experiences purchasing new and used automobiles. After all, the sales experience in the past seemed to be designed to be confrontational....with all the back and forth bargining between sales manager, salesperson and ourselves. In fact, heading home without a deal just to be called back an hour or a day later was the expectation. Not so at Courtenay Mazda. The manager came in with the best deal and spoke directly to us and to our shock and awe....it was acceptable! No silly negotiations. No frustration. No hastle.
