In that time, we knew we managed our best deals possible when we left the dealership with frustrated salespeople and sales managers. After all, the sales experience in the past seemed to be designed to be confrontational....with all the back and forth bargining between sales manager, salesperson and ourselves. In fact, heading home without a deal just to be called back an hour or a day later was the expectation. Not so at Courtenay Mazda. The manager came in with the best deal and spoke directly to us and to our shock and awe....it was acceptable! No silly negotiations. No frustration. No hastle. We were given fair value for our trade in and provided with 'real' incentives. The sales team (Gaye and Ahmed) were extremely informative and patient during our week long vehicle hunt. Fast and efficient I had to take a ferry over to find the car that was right for me. Chantelle and Logan worked hard I feel to put me in the right vehicle. We were able to work over email which I found beneficial due to my distance. We tried a few vehicles on the lot that weren't quite right for me, but very quickly Chantelle found my whip :) a 2011 cx-7. I'm very happy with it. It has just the right space and gas mileage that I was looking for plus all the extras I love. The only thing I don't like about car dealerships is trying to slide a crappy warranty in when it doesn't make sense, I don't blame Logan but people fall into it. I was in and out in a few hours with what I wanted. The vehicles seemed to be rolling off the lot very quickly so obviously doing well and with this service,will continue to.
