Gaye took the time to thoroughly explain all the particulars of each vehicle before we test drove them. We never felt pressured, the cars sold themselves. The team stayed long past closing to complete all the paperwork and see us off. Before we left the lot Gaye went over the car again with us, got some of the technology started up for us. We didn't arrive back home until midnight but it was well worth the trip. Can't say enough about Gaye and the team! More

I was shown my possible new car, all the extra's it had in it, took the car a CX5 out for a test drive and the rest is history or rather herstory. They all helped me with the purchase of my new CX5. I never felt stressed about this possible purchase. I was shown the bill of sale from the dealership so there was no additional mark up of the price of the car. They sold me a car that had everything my 2010 had plus 4 wheel drive and a back up camera and worked with me to finance it with payments I am comfortable with. Everyone I worked with Barry, Corey, Chad and anyone else I may have left out was terrific. They even helped me clean all my work things, shopping bags and personal belongings out of my 2010 so I could get to work on time. I want to thank the staff and let them know how much I love my new CX5, the purchase was painless! More

So where else would we go to purchase our new Mazda. The CX-5 GT is our 4th Mazda and the sales staff lived up to and exceeded what we have come to expect at this dealership. Gaye Williams was our main sales person and because it was a special sale event we sometimes had Mazda Mike Milne do the demo and show us features. Both are fantastic people and displayed great calm with all of our concerns. Logan Soley made the financials smooth and easy to grasp. All in all this was a 7 hr process (due to our indecisions) and we were always treated with respect, smiles and understanding. So, yes check them out. BTW the trade in price was fair and a bit more than expected...nice. More

Then, we went for the test drive, and because I was not sure about how I felt, she simple said, "why don't you go home, think about it and then come back tomorrow and we will take it out on the highway. Well that was the first shocker. She never pushed me to make a quick decision and that I really loved. Thank you Gaye. From there it was up hill all the way. Then you got to meet the owner Corey, and the the dreaded finance dude, who again was extremely patient and explained everything slowly so that you understood it. So needless to say my experience with everyone at Courtenay Mazda was 110% awesome. Thank you and I love my new CX5. More

Excellent service and integrity! Just bought an older used station wagon at this dealership. During the process I found the salesperson Gaye Williams to be very helpfull, friendly and pleasant to deal with! Very laid back but professional. After purchasing the vehicle 'as is', it unfortunately had a spring break in the drivers side front strut after only a few days. So I called the dealership not expecting much and spoke with Gaye and Corey Sawchuck (the manager/owner) and they immediately offered to help however they could with the repairs and further even offered to buy the car back from me!! Anyways, I elected to have them help me have the car repaired (because I thought the car was reasonbly priced already) and they had it repaired for me at a more than fair price. I am very gratefull for their help and service. Am happy to recommend Mazda Courtenay to anyone I speak to! Kerby Fisher More
