Easy going and I didn't catch him making the usual claims and/or lies. (Sorry, I don't have a very high opinion of the average used car salesman.) I got value for my money and was not over sold. Bought a used car the first time. It was great, just decided I didn't like it. Traded it for a new Mazda 3 GT. Great car! Really like it. As it was a cash deal, I didn't have anything to do with the rest of the dealership. Chad, the sales manager, had the deal okay'd in about 5 minutes. More

They went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, provide information and services, the staff were all pleasant and professional. Right up until I purchased my vehicle and drove away. Just like every other dealership I've ever dealt with, as soon as they've made the sale, the customer's needs seem to become an afterthought. Just to be clear, I'm not saying that this is a bad car dealership by any means. I would still give them my recommendation but I think buyers should be conscious of this. More

Best experience ever purchasing a car. We drove up to Courtenay Mazda and was greeted by Barry Davis at the dealership. He had a big smile on his face and instantly made us feel welcome. We both drove the car on the inland highway and were very impressed not only with the car, but, Barry’s extensive product knowledge of Mazda and the competition blew us away.
