When we received your initial email complaint, we immediately took action, and asked for you to return to the dealership with your vehicle, offered to review the inspection that had been performed before the purchase, offered a free inspection for peace of mind, as well as a 45-day extension to our 30-day exchange policy. We invite you still to return for these items. We want to look at the vehicle to inspect these concerns you have stated, but this cannot happen without you bringing the vehicle to us and meeting with us.
