We never imagined that we would have left with such a great car! A staff member even watched our kids while we test drove it, and when the car we came to look at didn't really suit our needs, they found us a Mazda 5 that was made for us! Easy going and I didn't catch him making the usual claims and/or lies. (Sorry, I don't have a very high opinion of the average used car salesman.) I got value for my money and was not over sold. Bought a used car the first time. It was great, just decided I didn't like it. Traded it for a new Mazda 3 GT. Great car! Really like it. As it was a cash deal, I didn't have anything to do with the rest of the dealership. Chad, the sales manager, had the deal okay'd in about 5 minutes. More

They went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, provide information and services, the staff were all pleasant and professional. Right up until I purchased my vehicle and drove away. Just like every other dealership I've ever dealt with, as soon as they've made the sale, the customer's needs seem to become an afterthought. Just to be clear, I'm not saying that this is a bad car dealership by any means. I would still give them my recommendation but I think buyers should be conscious of this. More
