But luckily for me, I went to Columbia Chrysler, where they treated me with respect, and where their sales staff are able to take their time and find the perfect match for me. My wife likes Jeep. And they a couple years back, they gave us a great deal with her Wrangler. And the Service Department has always treated her well!! I like Jeep too. And just recently, they were able to find me a great Patriot that fit my needs... all without pressure or anything negative to the experience. My sales reps Alicia & Guri were awesome, understanding, patient, and funny :) And Laura from their Business department, was equally great to work with... I left feeling positive and appreciated. I'm a stickler for excellent customer service. Treating the customer well, respecting our needs, and over-delivering... are things every company needs to strive to provide their clients, to make us feel appreciated... and Columbia Chrysler achieved that perfectly!! Thank you all for such a positive experience.. it means a lot :) More

At the other dealer, we were asked if we mind waiting 2 hours because the sales people were busy. When we said we didn't mind, they called us after lunch to make an appointment for another day! At Columbia Chrysler, David greeted us immediately after we parked our vehicle. His cheerful disposition and attention to details gained our trust and made us comfortable at our first visit to Columbia Chrysler. Other members (Kevin, Bogdan) were equally professional in presenting details to us in a clear and concise manner. It is my first purchase of a new vehicle in 14 years, we are new to FIAT and hope to achieve if not exceed the satisfaction gained with our family vehicles. More
