Sales team is phenomenal Sales team has done a fantastic job, they got me the vehicle I needed for the price I needed too. Service Department needs a lot of work. 3 visits Sales team has done a fantastic job, they got me the vehicle I needed for the price I needed too. Service Department needs a lot of work. 3 visits to fix a flat tire, and now a 3rd visit for my horn randomly going off. The first month I had the vehicle it had to come in for a minor issue for an airbag and the truck seems to be plagued with these kind of issues. I have had the vehicle for about 5 months, and it has been in the shop for 7 days for various issues, each day costing me about $300.00. I've lost almost $3000.00 in lost wages because of this truck. I'm not happy with the truck, it is my 3rd dodge truck and I'm getting to the point where I won't own another one. Im not happy with the service department and their inability to preform the work properly the first time. More
