It repeatedly takes them three to five hours holding my vehicle hostage to do a simple oil change, add anything else to that and it will take even longer. This happens any day of the week busy or slow, 5 or more oil changes so far and I'm pissed they still haven't sped up at all. Part of my van pricing was free oil changes for life but it dosnt seem worth it if I have to waste most of a day doing it, back to using reliable mr lube again! More

Dustin is not pushy and does his very best to get you what you want and asked for. Thanks :) He was even nice enough to throw in a couple goodies at the end. 5 STARS FOR DUSTIN!!! Only complaint we have is the Inventory seems to be unorganized and not sure if the Managers are aware of what is in stock and features of the vehicles they ask the Salesman to show the Customer. After test driving the Cherokee first, We slept on it and then wanted to check out the Renegade. We ended up getting the Trailhawk version. Which is a great choice for anyone looking for a Compact Off-Road SUV that is still at home commuting around town in a comfortable relaxed manner. Positive note about the FCA is the amount of ways you are able to get a vehicle customized to your own need. Oh and having In-House Insurance is a great Bonus, This should be more of a normal operation for dealerships Nation-Wide. Thanks for all your help and We love the Jeep :) Nicole & James More

Fantastic Vehicle and Sales Experience I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica (8 seater Stow 'N Go) from Columbia Chrysler. We have been dreaming of a car like this I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica (8 seater Stow 'N Go) from Columbia Chrysler. We have been dreaming of a car like this (as we have a large family) for years and it has finally arrived. Our sales consultant, Anson Wang, was aware of our requirements before it was available and kindly kept an eye out for one when the new model arrived at the dealership so I can take one for a test drive. He listened well, was very responsive, professional, courteous, and friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the features of the new vehicle when I test drove it which was comforting. The dealership was very accommodating and respectful of our needs, style/color of vehicle we wanted, and budget, and helped us/kept us informed throughout the sales, ordering, delivery, and purchase/financing process (with Howard Yu).
