Buying van was ok, oilchanges and servicing are terrible Buying my grand caravan was an alright experience, the problem starts with the service department! It repeatedly takes them three to five hours holdi Buying my grand caravan was an alright experience, the problem starts with the service department! It repeatedly takes them three to five hours holding my vehicle hostage to do a simple oil change, add anything else to that and it will take even longer. This happens any day of the week busy or slow, 5 or more oil changes so far and I'm pissed they still haven't sped up at all. Part of my van pricing was free oil changes for life but it dosnt seem worth it if I have to waste most of a day doing it, back to using reliable mr lube again! More
