So sorry I ever chose this dealership I would literally give this dealership and staff less than one star if I was able to. After being sold a vehicle with a starter that didn’t work and a I would literally give this dealership and staff less than one star if I was able to. After being sold a vehicle with a starter that didn’t work and almost 15 appointments trying to resolve the issue, Ford admitted that my car was not compatable with any starter they are able to source. The Management is rude and dismissive and staff consistently made me feel annoying for trying to fix this issue and receive the product I had paid for. This was my first new car and the experience was completely trashed for me. If I could sell this thing to never have to deal with this horrible company again, without losing thousands, I would. I feel sorry for anyone who deals with this dealership. More
