Service left me stranded I dropped off my truck this morning for repairs under warranty, parts were preordered and they knew what had to be done. I told them before I left I w I dropped off my truck this morning for repairs under warranty, parts were preordered and they knew what had to be done. I told them before I left I would need to be picked up at 3:15 but no one showed up. When I called the service department I believe Shane was his name hung up on me the first time saying they have a new phone system then put me on hold for twenty minutes the second. I asked him to send a ride so I could pickup my vehicle and he said my vehicle would not be done today and they don’t give rides to the south side. I told him I was stranded and required a loaner or a ride he more or less said I was out of luck. I will not ever recommend City Ford to anyone, they don’t care about wArranty customers because they make no money. Terrible service!!!!! Worst I ever experienced!! More
