I purchased a SUV from Downtown Honda that had on 4 new Honda HRV original rims. I went to Castle Honda to do seasonal tire change because they are located in the area I am living. Castle Honda replaced m Honda HRV original rims. I went to Castle Honda to do seasonal tire change because they are located in the area I am living. Castle Honda replaced my rims and gave me 4 damaged rims. I spoke to the Supervisor, Lenny, and General Manager, Mark, and was told that there is nothing they can do because no one exchanged my rims. I contacted Honda Canada, and emailed photographs of my 4 new rims and the 4 damaged rims that Castle Honda put on my vehicle. Honda Canada reached out to Castle Honda and they got the same response that Castle Honda had given to me. I was told that Castle Honda is privately owned and poor representation of Honda Canada. I have no rating (0 rating) for Castle Honda Dealership. So sad. More

I purchased a used CRV on Nov. 9 and when I went to receive it on Nov. 20 with the winter tires. They gave it to me very dirty and the winsheild has a crack in it. The sales man "Faisal" admitted on th receive it on Nov. 20 with the winter tires. They gave it to me very dirty and the winsheild has a crack in it. The sales man "Faisal" admitted on the phone that it happened in Honda and he refused to fix it. Don't recommend this dealship to anyone. More
I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car i had seen on auto trader and when i did i recieved a call from someone named Mike and i had missed his call and left me a message saying to call back. So i did on auto trader and when i did i recieved a call from someone named Mike and i had missed his call and left me a message saying to call back. So i did the next day and the secretary said he wasnt working so i had to call on the day of the test drive and i did and he wouldnt answer my call so the secretary told me he would call me back when hes availble and never called me back. I came the next day to look at the car to find out the car had been sold and he didnt tell me and wasted my time to drive 30 mins from where i live for absolutely nothing. Mike is a bad car salesman and made me want to not do business with Castle Honda More

After everything was done with option $0 down & monthly payment, they called back and said they my husband need to put down payme car on Jun 7, 2021. After everything was done with option $0 down & monthly payment, they called back and said they my husband need to put down payment or I (as wife) need to co-sign and then we don't need to put down payment. I agreed and provide them my info for credit check. (We are both with good credit). my credit score went down 11 points after they did a credit check twice, can anyone explain to me why they checked it twice? Then, they called again and said we still need to down payment $3500. I feel like I was trapped by these people. Employees + managers at CASTLE HONDA. Now we ask for our Deposit (Visa paid) back, the guy who name MO told us need to come to the store to get the deposit back. More
