Dear Princess, We are really sorry to hear you are having problems with your vehicle. Car troubles, whether it’s on a new vehicle or an older one, are never pleasant. Unfortunately with the limited information we have in this post it is impossible for us to reach out to you in an effort to see how we can help you with these problems. Car-On has been in business for over 30 years and more than 50% of our sales are from repeat customers and people referred to us by past customers. We take a lot of pride in what we do. Unfortunately sometimes things may be out of our control. I’m not sure if you brought the vehicle to us for service or if you brought it to another repair shop? Please feel free to contact either myself or our service manager Mathieu, we would like to do whatever we can to help. I’m not sure whether you are aware, but our service department is open from 6AM to midnight in an effort to service our customers when it is convenient for them. We also offer additional protection for our customers. Car-On offers warranties on all the cars we sell. These warranties can extend as far as 10 years or 200,000km. As an additional step to ensure customer satisfaction Car-On offers Canada’s ONLY 30 day refund policy. This 30 day REFUND allows our customers to drive their vehicle and make sure everything is working properly, that they feel comfortable driving it and should there be any issues they can bring it back for a refund. Had we been aware of a problem with your vehicle or any other vehicle that we are selling, we would not have sold it to you and much less be offering a 30 day REFUND policy. We realize that customers can choose to purchase at any dealership and we value that they have chosen us to do business with us.
