Excellent customer service! It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere f It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere for financing though I have an excellent credit score. Wade and Markus sat down with me to discuss options and were friendly and patient throughout all my questions. The customer service was perfect and when I had problems with the car, it was easy to go in and I didn't wait more than 20 minutes for them to fix the issue. I was more than happy, knowing how long other places can make you wait. Wade was energetic and enthusiastic in getting me to try my car and the test drive was very pleasant. Markus contacted me every step of the way to let me know how things were developing and I never had to run after him for answers, he was always ready and happy to help. Fine experience I bought an '06 Honda Odyssey from Shawn. Shawn was a pleasant, easy to speak with salesman. Everyone at Car-on was extra nice to deal with, consideri I bought an '06 Honda Odyssey from Shawn. Shawn was a pleasant, easy to speak with salesman. Everyone at Car-on was extra nice to deal with, considering this is a used car dealership. When I got home with the vehicle, I noticed a major leak, which was definitely not present when I inspected the vehicle 3 times before purchasing. . I returned the vehicle the following work day, they graciously repaired the leaks without charge. The only beef is that I had to call for updates every day. Finally got the vehicle back 4.5 days later. Since then, I have been quite satisfied with the vehicle. I will however, consider returning when the time comes to buy another vehicle. More
