We came here in December for a BMW, unfortunately the bmw wasn't in my budget range for what I wanted to pay per month so they showed me multiple options. One of them being the csx. Sean was very patient and allowed me to explore my options. I always wanted a 5spda so I went with the acura csx and I am very happy with the choice I made. Maybe in a year or two I can get a bmw and it will definitely be from car on auto sales. More

Excellent customer service! It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere f It was my first experience buying a used car at a dealership and I came in unsure about how they would help. I had previously been refused elsewhere for financing though I have an excellent credit score. Wade and Markus sat down with me to discuss options and were friendly and patient throughout all my questions. The customer service was perfect and when I had problems with the car, it was easy to go in and I didn't wait more than 20 minutes for them to fix the issue. I was more than happy, knowing how long other places can make you wait. Wade was energetic and enthusiastic in getting me to try my car and the test drive was very pleasant. Markus contacted me every step of the way to let me know how things were developing and I never had to run after him for answers, he was always ready and happy to help.
