Exceptional service What can I say? I don't have much words other than, I don't think there is any other place that can compete with the service, respect, and care that c What can I say? I don't have much words other than, I don't think there is any other place that can compete with the service, respect, and care that comes with the team at CarOn. Trust me, I've driven around. I walked on the lot of this dealership keen on looking at a couple of vehicles that sparked my interest online, witch at the time, I was not sure was within reach.. I left the lot a few weeks later in a brand new tuxedo black fusion, the first choice I had in mind. Upon receiving my vehicle and getting the call to pick it up, I was shocked at how clean and detailed it was. It was as if It had never seen a day on the road. I had the pleasure to work with two gentleman, named Mario and Simon. They effortlessly worked together and ran me through all my options, details, prices, and asked me what I personally wanted and in a short time put me in the vehicle I wanted. I have never met two gentleman like Simon and Mario with such dedication, respect, and care. Two of the coolest, hardest working, funniest, most honest guys, who worked excessively hard to go above and beyond the call of duty to put me in my brand new car that I am absolutely loving. They were very clear with every single detail, easily approachable, respectful to my time, and patient throughout my whole purchase and made the process so much easier than it was in my head. They made the experience about me, and wanted to be sure I was happy with what I was purchasing. They were professional, worked extremely hard and gave above 120%, and provided a 5 star service. Truly what customer service is about. I never once felt pressured or pushed into anything at all, and they were both knowledgeable about everything from the car's safety rating, to gas mileage, and all the process and procedures of completing my transaction. They were also more than willing to help with any requests or answer any questions I had. I even got the chance to come back with my newly purchased vehicle after a few weeks, and spent some time with Alex from the service department who took time out of his busy work day to run through all the things they could do for me that I was interested in such as window tinting, sound system upgrade, and wheel rims. With his superb knowledge in automotive upgrades and repair, he and the service department did a little work for me and I was on my way knowing my car would be taken care of every-time I showed up with the same care, respect and treatment I had received when I first walked in the dealership. Had a lot of fun! Wanted to buy a used vehicle for about $3000, after going to several dealers we figured that it was not gonna happen, at least not if we wanted a ride Wanted to buy a used vehicle for about $3000, after going to several dealers we figured that it was not gonna happen, at least not if we wanted a ride that was not gonna break down in the next year and safe enough for my long trips! Kevin was EXTREMELY patient with us! We came back 3 times! Kevin helped us to find the right car. 5 minutes at his desk and he presented us with two cars saying that it was our best option. Went to other dealers "just in case"... Came back to do a test drive of both vehicles then left again to think about it. Obviously ended up buying one of the ones he had selected for us. Very nice guy! Richard helped dealing with the papers very efficiently and when I picked up the car on my lunch break, he had prepared everything so that it would be fast and I could go back to work ASAP! Oh yeah best part of buying a car there is the huge bell that they make you ring at the end of the sale! :) More

The dealership did some running around for missing paperwork for us and this made the transaction really easy. We trust this dealership.
