Rip off! Customers do not come first! I dropped my car off for a repair. They charged me over $600.00 The repair failed after 3 hours. Completely Ignored We came into this dealership specifically to look at their used vehicles, we had 3 that we had seen online and were particularly interested in. We were prepared to buy that day, if we got a reasonable deal. We went on TWO separate occasions, once near closing time on a weekend and once in the early afternoon on a weekday and stood around for 20+ minutes inside and outside looking at the vehicles and we didn't get so much as a "hello" from an employee. We saw employees talking among themselves and one dealing with another customer and that was it. We decided not to waste our time (our experience is that if it starts bad, it's downhill from there) and bought our car elsewhere. More
Got what I wanted. I knew what I wanted. I called and they responded by finding my unit and bringing it into the dealership within a few days. I had checked the price wi I knew what I wanted. I had checked the price with other dealers in the area and they matched the price within a few dollars. The truck was ready when they said it would be and I drove it off the lot on the day I needed it. Overall a good experience. More
Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional Personnel I was in the market approximately 3 months ago for a truck and decided to hold off. I went back to find the same personnel, which in my experience of car buying is impressive! I find there is an extraordinary amount of turnover in this industry. I came in looking at a Canyon but was not satisfied with the price, the Sales Manager suggested I look at a Sierra as he could get me a better price and informed me that GMC had more available programs and incentives on that model. The sales personnel were very helpful in showing me options and comparing a few different models. I found a vehicle that suited my needs perfectly and left with it the following day. The dealership communicated everything clearly, was reasonable with pricing, professional, did not have hidden costs or try talking me into any "extras" and at no time did I feel pressure to do business here. I had a very pleasant experience at Capital GMC, will be bringing my truck here for any future parts/service needs, and will be recommending the dealership to anyone in the market. I look forward to future transactions here! More
Excellent Customer Service! I've been shopping around for a vehicle for quiet awhile now but every time I entered into a dealership like Goauto, I was being pressured into purch I've been shopping around for a vehicle for quiet awhile now but every time I entered into a dealership like Goauto, I was being pressured into purchasing a vehicle that wasn't for me or just didnt feel right at the time. But when I came to capital GMC i was greeted by Cam Dyck and he asked me exactly what i wanted with no pressure. Took the time to show me the different types of trucks and also made sure I was getting the best deal there is. Cam made sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted even though they were sold out at his dealership he continued to look for me till one popped up. If anyone is looking for a GMC or Buick go see Cam he cuts the xxxxxxxx out and tells you directly how it is. More

Good Deals, but improvements needed Recently bought 2 new vehciles from this dealership. First time we stopped in, we were told that they were busy (saturday afternoon) and would try to Recently bought 2 new vehciles from this dealership. First time we stopped in, we were told that they were busy (saturday afternoon) and would try to find someone to help us. The Sales guy was already helping other clients, so he went back and forth with us and the other clients. We weren't able to test drive anything, but they did look at trade values on our current vehicles. We came back a few days later, went for a test drive, really liked the vehicles. Came back 2 days later to finalize everything. Mustafa worked hard at getting us good trade in values and worked really hard to make the deal work. Agreed on a few things for the 2 new vehicles. Some never came true. Such as payments came out 2 weeks after purchase, not a month later. Interest rate was higher. And this is such a silly little thing, but really made me upset. I asked that both of the vehciles be filled up with Gas... one was and the other only to 1/4 tank. It's such a little think, but really dissappointing. Also the paperwork took a long time to complete...it was 8:00 and we said we would come back the next day to complete, as we know it would take awhile to complete for 2 vehicles. We left there at 10:00 at night on a Thursday, we had our 3 young daughters with us.... this was really unexceptable. we tried to leave a few times and they really wanted us to stay and sign. My husband text the sales guy...Marcio I think his name was... and said, 'hey buddy, you owe me a tank of gas.' He replied with a 'ya ya, how are the new trucks.' All in all I am happy with the 2 new vehicles. Very nice units, just not pleased that I had to fill up the tank when I first got it, not pleased that they payment came out 2 weeks later, not pleased that the interest rate was 0.26% higher than what was quoted.
