As new truck I try to service at dealer where bought it, Sometimes try to add something to my truck, buy access I use Dodge Ram 1500 2012 5.7 hemi . I try to find others to help me out ,then I find Emma Watson in parts dep.She was soooo helpful ,She make few phone calls , contact me by e mail sent me sample of product with prices and we finalize transaction .I never experience so helpful person in truck business as Emma, I continue contact with Emma Watson to present day , anything I need ?first call is to her. Congratulation to Capital GMC to have such friendly , knowledgeable employee. At the same time I ask If they can do some service on truck, guess what / they do! friendly quick on spot according to appointment /schedule thanks to Melanie. Another great company asset.
