My great car buying experience I came to the dealership merely to test drive a vehicle I had seen online. I was met outside by Ebin. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I came in for with the help of Ebin and his team. The salesmen and sales manager all worked as a team to make sure that I got what I wanted. I normally hate the prospect of being at the dealership because of the length of time you spend there but they processed everything efficiently that I only had to be there for a short time. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend "Denaliville" to anyone I know. More

I've had my eye on one for over a year. It had all the bells and whistles. I kept my excitement at bay as we weren't planning on buying a vehicle. But also so many times we had been shown one thing and told later in the process we couldn't get it. Boy was I wrong. Ruddy and Mike pulled through, was able to get us a better intetest rate AND the car we actually test drove! It was easy, it was quick and painless! Ruddy himself was very personable , professional and knowledgable about the vehicle he showed us. We had some great conversations and he even kept our 2 toddlers busy while we were going over paperwork in the finance department! This was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had at dealership. Rudy made it easy! I had spent a few weeks shopping around at other dealers but the staff at those other dealers didn't seem to want to make a sale. I wanted to trade in my VW and buy a truck but other dealers didn't want to give me a fair price on my trade in. I showed up at Capital one afternoon after being disappointed that morning at another dealership. Rudy met me right as I got outside of my vehicle. He was enthusiastic and friendly. He asked me what I was in the market for and he got me in Sierra right away for a test drive. He was knowledgable and was able to educate me on the features of the truck. I began to talk price with Rudy and Brett and they gave me an excellent deal on my trade in. I told them what my budget was and they were able to give me a great price (within my budget) with the accessories I wanted. Overall I had a great experience as this was my first time buying a GMC and buying new. Rudy had great communication with me throughout the process and answered any questions I had. More

Excellent Service from Start to Finish Went in just to look at the new Terrain Diesel. Aaron was the product specialist I worked with and he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. After many weeks of scrutinizing the marketplace and enduring the dogged pursuit of retailers with questionable ethics, it began to look as though "his" dream (machine) was never going to materialize. Disappointment festered, tensions rose, and now there were 2 cranky people in the household. That is, until he asked me if I'd like to go for a drive to check some truck somewhere. I had nothing to lose. I knew the drill. I refused to get my hopes up. In fact, I worked to keep them at bay. We drove into the dealership. Beautiful shiny vehicles all over the place. I sighed. These were clearly out of our price range. I decided I would just wait in the truck, the old truck, 'cause I was pretty sure there wasn't going to be any truck buying that day. How wrong I was. In we went, where we were warmly greeted by the manager and then I was introduced to the fellow my husband had been dealing with. Rudolf Chan. This young man really impressed me. Clean cut, friendly, and genuine, he was personable and professional at the same time. He managed the "negotiating" foist upon him (some might say haggling, and "some" would prefer to avoid this whole scene) without missing a beat. It was evident that he was willing to go to great lengths to provide exceptional customer service to his customer--both in the pursuit of the perfect vehicle on his behalf, and then with followup after the sale -- and beyond. I called that one!! I'm a stickler when it comes to customer service. I know I can be hard to please. There was nothing lacking. But the truck? Wow! Beautiful. Pristine condition inside and out. So much more than I expected. Bells and whistles, and a sunroof to boot! Niiiiice. Life was good again. You know, there's a saying, "Happy Wife, Happy Life," but I think that's just because it's too hard to come up with something that rhymes with husband. Let's just say that there are no more cranky people in our household now that "he" has his dream machine. And I promised to recognize Rudolf for his remarkable customer service. I am a tad late, and for that I apologize... but I wasn't sure how to go about this, given that I wasn't exactly the buyer. But I think I've covered that.
