I have been having some issues with my cruise control so I brought it in to get looked at. Trevis was the first person that greeted me when I drove in the service bay. I took the shuttle service back to work and got a call later that after noon. Chad said that some check engine lights came on and they were going to take a look at it over night. I had dealt with chad on some other problems I had with my vehicle so I knew it was in good hands. So now I don't have a vehicle for a couple of days and its right before Christmas. I had originally bought the vehicle from. Sherry gave the best customer service I have ever had at a car dealer before. So I called her up and told her the story of what happened. She said no problem we can lend you a vehicle for a day or so. Overall I am very happy with the customer service that Capital has given me and I would recommend them to everyone. Ryan Mayer More

Tom was very friendly, he came into the show room to show me the air filter and advised that it was very dirty. He told me the cost of a new filter and that it should be replaced for better gas mileage, So me the air filter and advised that it was very dirty. I usually come to capital for oil changes however the last time i had to resort to Great Canadian Oil Change due to a time issue. Bad mistake and so impersonal. I'm happy i fought the construction traffi last time i had to resort to Great Canadian Oil Change due to a time issue. Bad mistake and so impersonal. I'm happy i fought the construction traffic today to come back to Capital as Tom was awesome. Very friendly and great sense of humor. He took the time to show me the filter that was very badly cloggged as well as booked me in for some warranty work on an oil leak. As well he let me know about some other work that should be taken care of soon that i was not aware needed servicing. I will keep coming back to get oil changed done here for this kind of service. I purchased my 2010 Terrain from Capital and have always taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after wor taken it back to them for service.
