In dealing with a purchase of something as important to us as our first luxury vehicle, in this case a 2010 Cadillac SRX4, it was very refreshing to deal with a salesman who gets it as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable young man, and was truly committed to making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. After I had picked out my new 2012 SLT, Sharon came in to get me the best price she could on it. We wiggled around for a little while on it (of course) but you know you're getting the best price possible when they're about to let you walk out the door to another dealer. There was absolutely zero pressure all the way through, it's your choice and they just want to guide you to what's right for you, not them. Micheal took over for the financial end of things, and just as before he was very friendly and knowledgeable as he pointed out the various options. We finalized it on a Saturday, which took a little longer due to the amount of people there, but everyone still made sure we were comfortable, and other salespeople often just came by to chat (Thanx Dennis Nakonechny!). After the sale, Nicole Olsen made sure I knew all of the service options and she did a bang-up job!
